Welcome to Medics Direct Aesthetics Pharmacy.

To open an account with us, you must be a healthcare professional and provide your regulatory body details. If you fulfil this requirement, simply click ‘Log in/Register’ on the top right hand side of the screen and follow the instructions. Please note that you will be asked to upload a form of ID at this stage, please have a scanned copy of your passport or driving licence ready.
When you register an account with Medics Direct Pharmacy, you will be asked if you are a prescriber. If you are a prescribing healthcare professional then you click ‘yes’. You will then be asked to upload a scan of your passport/driving license as well as a scan of your signature. If you are a non-prescribing healthcare professional then you click 'no'. You will be able to enter the name and email address of the prescriber you are inviting to prescribe for you in the basket during your first order. This prescriber will then be saved onto your account once you sign up and verify your prescription order. If you have previously registered with Medics Direct Pharmacy and skipped joining our e-prescribing service, then you can then upgrade your account by simply clicking on ‘My Account’. Once you have signed in, the option to upgrade will be at the bottom of the 'My Account' menu.
The cut-off time for next day delivery is 4pm.
The delivery charge for all orders is £10
All orders are sent out as next day delivery as standard. The delivery is provided by Royal Mail.
Currently, we only deliver to UK addresses.
If you are a prescribing healthcare professional, you can order easily online via our e-prescribing service. You will have to have seen your named patient for a face-to-face consultation within the last 6 months. Simply add the patient to the products you are ordering for them and a prescription will be generated for you. This also takes away the hassle of sending an original copy of the prescription. If you are ordering non-prescription items then you can add these items straight to your basket.

A prescription for a named patient should only contain the exact quantities required to treat the named patient within a 3 month period. At Medics Direct Pharmacy, we reserve the right to limit quantities on a prescription. Therefore, we have limited the quantity on a prescription to: a maximum of 5 Botulinum Toxin Type-A (50 units), a maximum of 3 Botulinum Toxin Type-A (100 units), a maximum of 4 Dermal Fillers
If you start an order but do not finish it, it will automatically be saved as a draft. The next time you log-in to your account, the unfinished order will be in your basket.
Yes. To view your order history simply click on ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Manage Orders’. You will be able to print your prescriptions here by clicking the PDF symbol.
Yes, you can add more than one prescriber to your account. When you have a prescription order ready, invite the prescriber who saw the patient by inserting their email in your shopping basket and a link will be sent to them to complete the order. You will be able to view the prescribers you have invited in the 'Manage Invitations' section of your account.
Our pharmacy is located in St. Enoch Square in Glasgow city centre.
You must be logged into your account to view product prices. We can only provide our prices to healthcare professionals who have provided us with their registration number.
If you have forgotten your log-in details, simply click ‘Forgotten password’ where you usually sign in. From here you will receive an email notification which will instruct you on how to reset your password.
Prescribing professionals can order prescriptions. If you are a non-prescribing professional, you can order prescriptions if you have a prescriber linked to your account who will verify your prescription order.
Our e-prescribing service means that an original prescription is generated after completing your order. So, no paperwork for you! If you fax or email your prescription to us then we need to receive the original copy by post no later than 72 hours after the order has been made. Please note that this is a legal requirement and Medics Direct Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse to process any further orders until the original copy is received.
Yes. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.
Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
To invite a prescriber, simply enter their email address into the first stage of your shopping basket when ordering a prescription. An email will then be sent to your prescriber to either register or sign in to verify your prescription order.
Currently, you can not order prescription items as stock online. If you are a Doctor/or Dentist and would like to order prescription items as stock, please contact our team on 0141 248 6123.
